SCEN’s Gulf South Mobilization Hub, an initiative funded by Mosaic, is designed to provide non-profits and local governments working on climate & environmental issues in disadvantaged communities with the capacity and technical support necessary to identify and competitively pursue funding to support their work.

Eligible Organizations
The GSMH is available to non-profits and local governments located or working in Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
For profit entities are not eligible for participation.
Eligible Projects
Projects must be related to environmental justice, disaster resilience, or sustainability. All projects must focus on benefiting disadvantaged communities in Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, or Mississippi.
The Gulf South Mobilization Hub, as a grant writing service under SCEN's 501(c)(3) status, is unable to support applications that include activities related to 501(c)(4) work. All grant proposals must align strictly with 501(c)(3)guidelines to ensure compliance with IRS regulations.
